Design Process Step 2 – Detailed Design
- Based on a agreed Masterplan, S C O T TÂ landscape design shall proceed with providing detailed design, further to confirmation of a submitted fee proposal for this stage of work.
- Details shall be carried out on hard landscape elements such as paving, planter walls, water features, fencing etc.
- Details shall be carried out on soft landscape elements such as planting plans.
- Setting out plans for the design shall also be provided.
- Payment as per the agreed fee proposal shall be provided upon delivery of the completed detailed design package.
